BlueChip™ first helps you evaluate your current health habits, so you can decide where to start. Then, through monthly wellness challenges, you can track your progress and can earn points within your company’s community. The more points you get, the closer you will be to earning some cool rewards and recognition. Not to mention, you become one step closer to your health goals. You can also create a personal challenge at any time so that you can work toward improving habits at your own pace. Sound overwhelming? Don’t worry, the BlueChip portal is easy to use and your challenge progress can easily be tracked through your phone or mobile fitness device. Let the games begin!
BlueChip helps to evaluate your health from a physical/ nutrition, emotional, social, financial, and occupational standpoint. These 5 areas are considered the Dimensions of Purposeor in other words, the guidelines and purpose of Puzzle Head. “Puzzle Head” is a bird’s eye view of your overall wellness. If even one of these areas is out of balance, it can sabotage all your other personal wellness efforts. Your personalized “Puzzle Head” is the result of completing “AgeGage.” By being active in and aware of all 5 Dimensions of Purpose, Puzzle Head can help show you how to turn your weaknesses into strengths and dramatically improve quality of your life in the process. When awareness of these dimensions are all added up, it sets the stage to understand one’s purpose, allowing engagement in the wellness program to have real meaning.
Health Risk Assessment
Do you know where your health stands? Completing the confidential, secure Health Risk Assessment (HRA) allows you to be aware of your current health status and potential health risk factors. Knowing your risk factors can allow you to customize your BlueChip program and complete personal challenges in addition to the monthly challenge (yes, we dare you to take on multiple challenges) to target those habits that will make the biggest difference in your life. Family members age 18 and older are also eligible to take the health risk assessment through their personal portal.
Zip To Your Dashboard
Once you learn more about your personal habits and health status, you can challenge yourself to start improving. Create or sign up for a personal challenge to start working on those habits most important to you. Then sign up for the monthly company-wide challenges to engage in some friendly competition, be eligible for some great incentives and be on your way to better health!
BlueChip monitors your activity for each challenge and keeps track of the points you’ve earned. Once you’re signed up for challenges, you will receive weekly emails to detail your challenge progress with a company leaderboard to foster the competitive spirit. Not into your coworkers seeing your progress? You can choose to appear on the leaderboard as “Anonymous”.

University provides health information on a host of topics and includes interactive health-related videos and quizzes. Courses are recommended based on your health risk assessment results and you can watch courses of interest at any time that’s convenient for you.
