Team BlueChip had the exciting, and heart thumping cardio, cycling workout of a lifetime for the first time at Tribe in West Hartford, CT this week.
As their website proclaims, “tribe was built to bring a workout to West Hartford unlike CT has ever seen. The necessary elements: world-class ambassadors leading classes, great music, exceptional service, incredible people, and a united fitness community.” … they fell nothing short of that. We were immediately greeted as newcomers with open arms and a very informative and enthusiastic welcome.
As a mixed group of experienced and novice indoor cyclists, we were all treated equally and shown how to operate their equipment to ensure we used it properly and with correct form. Our instructor, Jonathan, infused the room with high energy, intense sprints, upper body workouts and some awesome hip hop music.
Indoor cycling is a fantastic workout for all fitness levels … from beginner to triathlete!
